It’s hard to believe that MEGAPRO TOOLS has been around for 30 years, but here we are! It’s a milestone that the inventor of MEGAPRO screwdrivers, Hermann Fruhm, couldn’t have even imagined after officially starting the company back in 1994. But all these years, innovations and fashion trends later, we officially passed the 30-year mark on November 25^th, 2024. And so, we celebrate three decades of MEGAPRO Screwdrivers helping people like you—tradesworkers, DIYers, and just need to tackle something around the house somtime-ers —get the job done right (and with a little less swearing).

The most amazing thing about those 30 years in business has been discovering the level of passion MEGAPRO users have about their favourite tool. It’s because of this passion that word of our screwdrivers has spread far and wide. And that’s why this year especially, we would like to give all of you die-hard MEGAPRO fans our most heartfelt…

Without you, our loyal MEGAPRO fans—those who swear by the brand, who’ve stuck with us through thick and thin (and all those stubborn screws)—we wouldn’t be here today. You’ve built something more than just a reputation for us. You’ve built a community. A “MEGAFANDOM” if you will.

This loyal MEGAFANDOM has been with us every step of the way. Your amazing reviews, responses, and yes even constructive criticisms have helped shape our company. Hermann has been known to make a point of calling warranty customers himself to get to the bottom of any issues that have come up. This has allowed us to focus on our goal of always producing the highest quality screwdrivers that honestly spark joy for those who use them. 

Thanks to your amazing feedback, we understand you and know what you want out of a screwdriver. You’re not just looking for another tool to toss in the back of the truck, box or drawer. You want a screwdriver that’ll survive the grind, has a good weight and grip in your hand, and provides you with the right bit tip at the right time. And that’s what we’ve aimed to deliver for 30 years, with every twist, turn, and torque.
