Megapro Tools offers a Lifetime Warranty on all Screwdrivers. The warranty does not cover bits but we do have a Lost Bit Program

Warranty refers to manufacturer’s defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, product abuse, or product modification. Products should be used for the purpose for which they are intended. Wear safety goggles and follow all safety guidelines. 

If your screwdriver requires replacement, please fill out the below form and attach photo(s) of the damaged screwdriver. Our Customer Service Team will respond as soon as possible.

Warranty Request


Megapro Tools accepts Returns and Exchanges on purchases made through the website within 30 days of the original purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. 

To be eligible for a return and qualify for credit, customers must notify Megapro Tools prior to returning the product. Shipping will only be reimbursed if the product has not yet shipped. If the product has shipped, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the Megapro Tools warehouse.

All refunds are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee and returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
