STEP 2: SOLVE

The next step in our proven process is the most important: figuring out how to turn the solution to your needs into reality. This can vary but as a client, you will generally fit into one of the below categories:

We have a variety of services that will help you overcome any selling hurdle, including merchandising, packaging, and labeling options. We also offer custom co-branded imprinting and personalized engraving, perfect for promo or gift item needs.

I want to sell Megapro screwdrivers, but our brand needs to be front and center - We offer a private label option where only your brand is shown on the screwdrivers. This can even include a custom driver color and bit load. Take the functionality of our product and make it your own.

I want to design a screwdriver with Megapro – This is the very peak of our services, a completely unique tool designed and built for your company to sell. This OEM service (Original Equipment Manufacturing) offers long-term product research, development, and engineering expertise to bring your idea to life. This process takes time as we prototype and test until you’re 100% satisfied with the final product. While it can be turned around quickly, in most cases, to ensure we get it absolutely right, it can be a multi-year project.

Once we figure out the best solution for you and you approve moving forward with an order, the next step begins.


STEP 3: CREATE

Your order is put into our system and that’s when our time-tested manufacturing procedures take over. Most of our products are manufactured in North America and as such have quick turn-around times for production. This, along with our policy of sourcing multiple providers for raw materials, helps us cut down lead times and get orders out in a timely manner.

Our manufacturing plant in Niles, MI is home to some people who have worked for Megapro nearly 20 years. Their knowledge of the product and how it’s supposed to look/work at the end of production is second to none. This level of experience along with a series of quality checks put in at various steps during manufacturing, ensures the products you receive meet the highest standards. We back our product quality with a lifetime guarantee and to this day, have not had a single driver handle returned broken.

STEP 4: DELIVER

After your order is built and has been checked over, we work with you to get your shipment out. We are highly flexible in this area and work with a variety of different shipping companies to ensure your products arrive in the right place at the right time. We package your shipments with care and take every precaution to make sure your order arrives in the condition it left.
